• Coach the teams to develop the Relational Database Management System and to capture  data in an effective and efficient manner to generate the necessary Management Information to measure KPIs and produce related reports.
• Develop the visual charts and consolidate the dashboard
• Coach the team in conducting review meetings with cross functional teams using the KPI Dashboards
