Treasurex Melchior is a Corporate Trainer, Coach and Consultant in the Creativity and Innovation space. As a trainer he specialises in Design Thinking and Innovation Leadership development. He comes with over 20 years of Senior Leadership & General Management experience in local and multinational business organisations. During his secular employment he has held senior positions as General Manager – Human Resources, Resultant – Business Process Improvement and Head of IT; thus possessing a set of multi-disciplinary competencies. Having established his Training and Consulting business in 2010, he is the Managing Director of T K Consulting Consortium Private Limited. As a trainer and consultant he has served organisations in a variety of industries such as manufacturing, trading and services. He has a flair for exploring business opportunities for value creation and works with client teams in facilitating innovation projects and analytics for developing business intelligence. Treasurex holds an MBA (UK), is a Member of the Institute of Personnel Management (SL) and a Six Sigma Black Belt. He is also a visiting lecturer for several MBA programs and teaches Innovation, Organisational Behaviour and Strategic Management.
