Let me start by saying we absolutely loved “Leadership Team Development Program facilitated by TKCT, Sri Lanka in February 2019. It was light-hearted. It was fun. It gave our small team a nice break from reality.  Mr. Treasurex and Dr. Melchior, our facilitator, was wonderful and the company as a whole was a pleasure to deal with.

We thought the event was very well organized and provided the perfect balance between small team interaction and collaboration.

A special thanks to our facilitator Dr. Melchior for a “Wonderful” mindfulness for effective Leadership and Teamwork! She started with great brain power and its impact on personal and professional productivity and happiness, a completely new and interesting area for us, and kept the group engaged.  Everyone loved the build a miniature events games. They were still talking about the hospitality and playground experience. I have known Treasurex since March 2007, during part of which, he worked for me as the General Manager, Human Resources for our business in Sri Lanka. With our global initiatives in people development, it was a nightmare for my local Training and Development team to tie up with suitable training parters. This was mainly due to the strict selection guidelines of our Hong Kong parent company. During our search Treasurex presented to us the services of his consulting company in October 2010. We along with our Hong Kong based Global HR Director felt that we found what we were looking for in Treasurex and his businesss model.
