I have known Dr. Kala Melchior since 2003. She has conducted series of supervisory development programs for the supervisory and middle management staff of the Brandix group for three years. These programs were conducted at our college under my supervision and I have found her to be an excellent trainer.
Her method of teaching and ability to make students participative have made her a very successful trainer. She has a thorough knowledge on the subject matter. She is organized and well prepared for her lectures. She takes a keen interest about her lectures and always prepared to assist participants. She has been able to earn the respect of our employees.
